• Enterprise customers have access to AI Assistant to get product information more quickly inside Everbridge 360.
• Assess Alerts more quickly by generating an AI-based analysis for a selected Alert.

• Improved folder management with drag-and-drop & move options.

Scheduled - Due to changes imposed by the telecommunications authority in Turkey, we are no longer able to reliably use our numeric sender IDs in Turkey. Per the regulations in the country, we will replace our numeric sender IDs to an alphanumeric, which has been properly registered with all downstream operators to ensure its reliable use going forward.

PLANNED UPDATE
Everbridge will make this sender ID change. Specifically:

* The primary sender ID +908505325506 will be replaced with the sender ID "EVBG".
* The secondary sender ID +447480635603 will be replaced with the sender ID "EVBG".

IMPACT
Your message recipients will see the new sender ID on SMS messages your Organization sends to contacts in Turkey after the above noted date and time. Recipients will still be able to send confirmation messages to the local phone number +908505325506.

To inform your contacts about this change, we recommend you send an email notification with confirmation requested to Turkey contacts, asking them to add an alias contact to their mobile device for this new sender ID. This will prevent their Everbridge notifications from being erroneously flagged as spam by their provider.
