Planned Update
The August product update includes enhancements, defect fixes, and other client-requested improvements for Everbridge 360, Communications, and Visual Command Center.
Everbridge 360
• Contact Integration now supports SFTP imports.
• SSO Certificate renewals now allow One-Click updates and Auto-Renew.
Communications
• Configure Communications template permissions for the Group Manager and Dispatcher roles.
• Select and close multiple active communications or activate multiple closed communications directly from the Communication List.
• Communications templates now support Safety Connection thresholds.
Visual Command Center
• Review an alert activity in a modern, visual timeline that makes it easier to see what happened, who took action, and when.

New SMS Sender ID for the United Kingdom Aug 24, 2026 08:30-09:30 PDT
As part of our ongoing effort to improve SMS message delivery to the United Kingdom, we will be changing our secondary SMS sender ID for this country/territory.
PLANNED UPDATE
Everbridge will change the existing secondary SMS sender ID for the United Kingdom from +44 7480 635603 to +44 7520 690197.

Your message recipients will see the new sender ID on SMS messages your Organization sends to contacts in the United Kingdom after the above noted date and time. Please note that the sender ID being changed is one of two sender IDs that Everbridge uses for the United Kingdom; only the sender ID mentioned in this announcement is changing.
To inform your contacts about this change, we recommend you send an email notification with confirmation requested to United Kingdom contacts, asking them to add an alias contact to their mobile device for this new sender ID. This will prevent their Everbridge notifications from being erroneously flagged as spam by their provider.
