As part of our ongoing effort to improve SMS message delivery to India, we will be changing our SMS sender ID for this country/territory.
PLANNED UPDATE Everbridge will change the SMS sender ID for India as follows:
The primary sender ID 57575475 will be replaced with the sender ID 5616192.
The secondary sender ID 56161500 will be replaced with the sender ID 57575475
WHEN Everbridge will make this sender ID change at:
Start: October 27, 2026 11:30 AM Eastern / 8:30 AM Pacific (13:30 UTC)
End: October 27, 2026 12:29 PM Eastern / 9:29 AM Pacific (14:29 UTC)
IMPACT Your message recipients will see the new sender ID on SMS messages your Organization sends to contacts in India after the above noted date and time.
To inform your contacts about this change, we recommend you send an email notification with confirmation requested to India contacts, asking them to add an alias contact to their mobile device for this new sender ID. This will prevent their Everbridge notifications from being erroneously flagged as spam by their provider.
