Transform Your Emergency Response with Everbridge 360™ Critical Events


Everbridge 360™ Critical Events is the enhanced capability within the Everbridge 360™ platform designed to quickly activate response plans, deliver comprehensive situational awareness, accelerate response times, and maintain consistent process excellence during critical emergencies.

Everbridge 360™ Critical Events includes the following features:


  1. Streamlined and optimized event launch:
    1. From Alerts: Auto-populated context from Visual Command Center or Alert Management saves time and reduces error.
    2. Without Alerts: Manual activation from left-side navigation menu for immediate response needs.
  2. Comprehensive Situational Awareness:Command centre visibility that elevates critical information while maintaining complete situational context with real-time event tracking and progress visualization.
  3. New Centralized Critical Events List view that provides visibility into all active and historical events with smart filtering and quick event edit capabilities.
  4. Exercise Mode for Training Excellence: Test response plans to evaluate preparedness, communication, and coordination among team members responsible for managing real events.

The Everbridge 360™ Critical Events experience will be available for all Crisis Management customers on 9/23 (EU) and 9/24 (US).

New SMS Sender ID for the Philippines Oct 31, 2025 07:00-08:00 PDT

Due to market changes initiated by the mobile operators in the Philippines, we are required to change our SMS sender ID for the Philippines.

PLANNED UPDATE
Everbridge will change the existing SMS sender ID for the Philippines from 22566554 to +44 7480 635603.

IMPACT
Your message recipients will see the new sender ID on SMS messages your Organization sends to contacts in the Philippines after the above noted date and time. Please note that the sender ID being changed is one of two sender IDs that Everbridge uses for the Philippines; only the sender ID mentioned in this announcement is changing.

To inform your contacts about this change, we recommend you send an email notification with confirmation requested to the Philippines contacts, asking them to add an alias contact to their mobile device for this new sender ID. This will prevent their Everbridge notifications from being erroneously flagged as spam by their provider.

Scheduled - As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance voice calling to China (+86), we’re excited to announce that we now offer domestic call capabilities in addition to our traditional international calling.

With domestic calling, you can use a China-based (+86) caller ID for your voice calls. This can help increase call answer rates, improve recipient trust in the authenticity of your calls, and streamline communication and training with your contacts in China.

For details and step-by-step instructions on how to enable domestic calling in China, please refer to our Caller ID Registration for China Support Center article.

Please note: If you previously applied for and were assigned a China-based (+86) phone number for use as a caller ID during a similar project in late 2024 (which was subsequently decommissioned), you should be able to use that number for your caller ID once again. If you encounter any issues, please contact our Technical Support team for assistance.
