Planned Update
The August product update includes enhancements, defect fixes, and other client-requested improvements for Everbridge 360, Communications, and Visual Command Center.
Everbridge 360 • Contact Integration now supports SFTP imports. • SSO Certificate renewals now allow One-Click updates and Auto-Renew.
Communications • Configure Communications template permissions for the Group Manager and Dispatcher roles. • Select and close multiple active communications or activate multiple closed communications directly from the Communication List. • Communications templates now support Safety Connection thresholds.
Visual Command Center • Review an alert activity in a modern, visual timeline that makes it easier to see what happened, who took action, and when.
