Planned Update
We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to share an important update regarding the Everbridge user interface and to provide advance notice of an upcoming change that may impact organizations currently using the legacy Everbridge interface.
Everbridge offers the Everbridge 360 user interface as part of our broader Everbridge 360 platform, providing a modern and consistent experience across the solution. To support customer flexibility, organizations and users have been able to choose between the Everbridge 360 interface and the legacy interface.
As part of our continued commitment to platform consistency, long-term supportability, and ongoing innovation, Everbridge will be retiring the legacy user interface.
Important Clarification This change applies only to the user interface experience, including: • Navigation and menu structure • User menu layout • Visual styling, including colors and branding
This change does not require customers to adopt or use the Everbridge Communications module or any other new products. Your organization will continue to use the same modules, workflows, and capabilities you use today.
When
October 1, 2026: All organizations will be transitioned to the Everbridge 360 user interface. After this date, the legacy Everbridge interface will no longer be available, and users will no longer have the option to switch back to the legacy experience.

What This Means for Your Organization Beginning October 1, 2026: • The Everbridge 360 user interface will be the standard and only supported interfaces for all customers. • Any remaining organization-level or user-level toggles for the legacy interface will be removed. • Users will automatically access the Everbridge 360 interface upon login. • Existing functionality and product usage remain unchanged.
This transition allows Everbridge to continue delivering enhancements and improvements across a single, consistent interface while maintaining the functionality your teams rely on.
Preparing for the Transition We encourage organizations that are currently using the legacy interface to enable the Everbridge 360 user interface ahead of the end-of-life date. Doing so allows administrators and users to become familiar with the interface in advance, helping ensure a smooth transition.
Our account management and support teams are available to answer questions and assist with planning as needed.
